Origin Story

Once upon a time (in early Y2K), a little pet sparked a big idea: Mystic Chili. The name lay quietly for over a decade… until 2019, when Tash (she/her) & Colin (he/him) rescued their forever pup @MoetheSmol and realized the world needed matching pet-human accessories that were vibrant, fun, and definitely not basic.

Thus began Mystic Chili: handmade, festival-inspired apparel and accessories that let humans and pets show off their style and inner boho-kawaii. We’ve vended across the country at festivals like Cascade Equinox, North Coast Music Festival, BOO! in Seattle, and countless local events — always with a focus on sustainability, creativity, and a whimsical booth experience.

Mystic Chili helps pets and humans be twinsies, all while supporting eco-conscious practices and uplifting pets and people in need.
