Do I need a pet to order Mystic Chili?
Nope, no pet needed to buy. You can match with your bestie, boo, or yourself!

What is your processing time?
It usually takes 2-5 business days to create items. We work on weekdays and allow ourselves breaks from sewing and creating on the weekends. For other items such as customs, they may take longer if we need to source desired material. 

What does “made to order” mean?
We crave to be as sustainable as possible, in order to do that, all of our items are made to order. Made to order means that we make items once an order is placed. 

Some items need my measurement? Why?
Mystic Chili strives to make sure you are empowered, no matter your size. We want to make sure your item fits YOU! When you order crowns, garters, and other pieces, please write needed measurements in the notes section when you check out. Once we receive your info, we’ll get started on your piece!

Do you do customs? What does that look like?
We do! Please shoot us an email, RealMysticChili@gmail.com, to start a discussion on your custom item! This may include, but not limited to, a mystic garter in an available textiles or an available fur and inside of an ear combination than what’s available on our site. 

Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, we do!

Where do you ship from?
We are based in the PNW.

I choose expedited shipping, does that mean my item will arrive sooner?
We work on orders in the order that they are received. Expediting shipping means that orders will ship faster once completed. 

What is your return and exchange policy?
Return policy: If the item does not fit or has unusable damage, please email us, RealMysticChili@gmail.com within a week of receiving it. You have the option of receiving a refund or store credit. If you choose a refund, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and you can reuse our poly mailer to send it back. 

Exchange policy:  To help us with sustainability, we may not have the textile you'd like to exchange it for in stock. If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us, RealMysticChili@gmail.com, so we can start this discussion.
